CCTV Monitoring / Design / Installation

The MBS offer a free Quotation based on the customer’s needs and budget. CCTV is now considered crucial in both crime prevention and detection. The applications of CCTV systems are increasingly incorporated into the home and commercial security systems, staff surveillance, anti-theft surveillance and access control surveillance. This approach provides the users with ultimate deterrent that is both visible and effective.

The MBS offer a range of CCTV systems from basic CCTV observation systems, from single camera installations to complex security camera systems. Our Digital CCTV enables non-stop recording on hard drives, a higher image quality and 24 hour remote monitoring when linked to Alarm Monitoring Centre, plus remote viewing of images via the Internet from anywhere in the India.

We offer a wide range of Hardwired & Wireless CCTV Systems which are often custom designed and built to suit the customers' individual requirements.


CCTV Maintenance

The MBS offers a comprehensive low cost CCTV maintenance package to suit all users;

We provide twice annual inspections and carry out the following:
  • Visual inspection o fall major CCTV components including cabling and connections where accessible for signs of deterioration
  • Check all CCTV Control Equipment (Monitors, DVR’S, Multiplexers, Amplifiers, Mic’s etc..)
  • Soft Ware and Firm Ware Updates
  • Reduced Hourly Rate
  • Rapid Response Time
  • Check Inspect and clean all cameras, lenses and housings
  • Check cameras field of view and check customer is happy and adjust if necessary
  • Check and test remote monitoring facilities and walk test with central station
  • Repair any minor faults where necessary
  • Retrain Users or new members of staff if required
  • Check recording and playback

Access Control Maintenance

The MBS offers a comprehensive low cost access control maintenance package to suit all users;

We provide an annual maintenance inspection and carry out the following:
  • Visual inspection of all cables and connection where accessible
  • Check all controllers, power supply unit and locks
  • Soft ware and firm ware upgrades
  • Editing of software
  • Staff training
  • Immediate dispatch of consumables including; cards, ribbons, ink fobs, tokens etc...

Annual Maintenance Contract

Your business is greatly dependant on the security System installed in your premise. Failure of any of your security equipments can lead to a Security breach in your premise which means loss of valuable data, theft of cash, jewellery, destruction of life and property. To avoid all this, it is very important to have the right partner to maintain your Security Systems whether it is installed at home or office. We assign you with an experienced technician who can provide you with fast and efficient solution to your problem.

We deliver what we promise. A repair of products all of a sudden might prove expensive and going in for an Annual Maintenance Contract can be beneficial.

We offer two types of Annual Maintenance Contracts for our Products:
• Comprehensive AMC: Comprehensive AMC’s includes all parts. Customer are not charged separately for the labour or for the parts replaced.
• Non comprehensive/Call basis AMC: Non-comprehensive AMC includes repair & services only with cost of defective to be borne by the customer.

Our Annual Maintenance includes regular preventive maintenance of the system as well as support in case of an emergency.
